Christmas & New Year Greetings

So...

Christmas 2008 is officially over here in Malaysia!
What did I do for Christmas?...let's see...hmm....

I was in my hotel room throughout the night of Christmas eve...
Just me and my laptop from around 8pm all the way till about 1am...

It's partly because I'm in Johor and there ain't much entertainment here except for the pubs and night clubs in the City Centre which I am not at all keen of! My brother invited me out for some 'lut lut' aka satay celup for supper but I turned him down...wasn't quite sure why I would rather spend my Christmas eve in a hotel room all by myself ... hehe! Or maybe I do :P

On Christmas Day itself....it was even more unlike Christmas...because I was working the whole day...from 10 in the morning till about 10 at night! It felt so much like a normal workday except for the fact that fewer people were working on site today... It was quite weird because of the quietness! :) but I like! haha

Owwhh...to those of you who don't know...My brothers' company aka Euro Star Hotel & Travel S/B is currently working on another Hotel project in Skudai...hence the busyness! I'll post pictures of it soon...it's gonna be a hit in Skudai I believe! Hotel will probably open around January before CNY...I'll be busy till then I guess...won't be in KL often because of this! I truly miss KL la...but have to concentrate on work for now...a lot of planning and arranging and hiring to do now! I long for a break...

Sadly...I'll be missing KL's new year's eve celebrations too...but my eldest brother will be joining us here for New Year(he's currently on holidays with his family in HK)...that should add to the atmosphere!

Well...I shall end here by wishing everyone an Amazing New Year 2009 and an Unforgettable 2008! And owhh...Happy Belated Christmas ya'll!

It's Worth The Sacrifice

It's 5 something in the early hours of Tuesday as I write this post. Coming to 6am soon...
Have been rather occupied with a major task in my hands.
It's a last minute thing that I decided to do yesterday...
It's something that is worth not sleeping for, whether I end up succeeding or not.
I need to make sure everything is in place before I leave for Johor this Wednesday.
All the planning is gonna be vital!

Die...gotta wake up early for work somemore later...
Facing so many obstacles somemore...I need a break!

First Post After I Turn 20 [Continued]

2. I want a new watch!

My old watch failed me...just a couple of months after I changed its expensive strap! :(



Just went to KLCC earlier today and saw a watch that looked something like this, will do a bit more scouting in the coming weeks before deciding on what watch to get. :)

The good thing is that my brother said he will get me whichever watch I end up choosing as my birthday present...yay! But of course got budget la..haha!



3. Playstation 3 / Xbox 360

I've been looking at these 2 consoles for more than a month now and still haven't decided whether to get it, and if i do, which one...

Both have their pros and cons, the PS3 can play Bluray Discs that includes movies and it will offer more games i'm interested in like the Gran Turismo 5 featuring the New Nissan GTR! However, as of yet, there is still no non-original PS3 games, and that is a major stubling block considering the games cost a bomb!

The Xbox 360 on the other hand offers almost everything the PS3 does except for certain games that I would want to play. But it also has its own set of games that the PS3 doesn't offer. Better still, one can modify their console so it plays non-original discs as well! Currently, I'm favouring the Xbox 360 because of this, unless if someone comes up with modded PS3s as well!



4. A New desktop PC

I'm on the lookout for a new computer too, not because i need one badly, just cause my personal desktop at home is slowly going outdated. It's Mainboard, RAM, Processor, Graphics Card...you name it, I am just considering getting a new one. Next year maybe? But like I say...no rush!


5. A New Camera

This one too I don't really need but don't mind having! My family have got only 1 digital camera, a 5.0 megapixels Sony Cybershot from 5 years back...It's a problem sometimes when my sister and myself need it at the same time. So yeah, getting a new one for myself would solve that problem!



6. The Toyota Camry 2.4 litre with Pearl White Paint and Aerokit...Stunning!

I'm probably getting too far ahead of myself with this! But what the heck, it's a wish list! :P

It's not something I'm really dying to have in the near future, it's more like an aim for me to strive for. Of course, by that time, there might be other cars I'm more keen at....like the BMW 5 Series? haha....wishful thinking...I know!

Anyway....I'll stop at 6th since that's my birthdate! Or else I might go all the way to infinity! Cause men always have unlimited wants!

But even when all these are fullfilled, something will still be missing deep down...
Hopefully that will get itself sorted out soon, with some perserverance! :)
