First of all, HAPPY EASTER to all my fellow Christian friends and readers!

Sorry for the 3 months of emptiness in this blog....well, I've been seriously busy!
Gotta take a break from blogging too right?? It's like a job nowadays!

okok...updates of my life over the last 3 months! It's usually static, constantly repeating its staticness or in other words...BORING!

But, this time, its different!
First and foremost... I 'quitted' my studies! oklah, didn't quit yet, now still on deferment, but, I'll most probably quit sooner or later! The reason? Very long story...I don't have the luxury of typing it now as I've got to wake up early tomorrow...another time la!

Anyway, I've also joined a real estate agency in January, it's part of the reason why I quit studies. So now, I'm officially employed and I've got a job (so if any of you or your family members for that matter, have any properties for sale or rent or vice versa, do contact me! you can do so by leaving me a message on my chatbox with your contact and i'll get back to you). I'm a real estate negotiator now by the way(I transact properties for those of you still in the blur). For those of you who refer me business and the particular property is successfully transacted, you will be rewarded with 10% of the professional fess...so go help spread the word! hahaha! seriously!

err....what else happened?...ohh yeah Chinese New Year!! Had a really boring one! But during that time, we had a new addition to our family, my eldest brother had his third child, a son which I can't remember his name, so i'll just call him my nephew for now! Can't blame me for not remembering, cause all my nephew and nieces have the weirdest names in Malaysia! FYI, my eldest brother's kids are called Rio Generro Tey and Paris McCalley Tey. My second brother's kids are called Mikhal Angelo Tey and Matthias Angelo Tey. SERIOUS! In fact, I don't think I got all their spellings right! Pictures will be up next time when I have more time...

Also the General Elections! I think the results turned out quite well, I was hoping that BN will win, but at the same time lose a fair amount of seats! Just to remind them that they have to put in more effort and stop all those corrupted activities and listen more to the public, etc. Hopefully there will be serious improvements in the next four years, or else BN can gulung tikar in the next elections. However, I'm not very happy about the Perak MB case as I think the DAP's rep should be the Menteri Besar. It's only fair that way! Aiya...none of my business anyway since I live in KL! I also bought a new Acer Aspire laptop because my old Compaq laptop 'Kong liao'! Some motherboard problem, dun wanna repair anymore! I bought the Acer for Rm2k only which was value buy for me considering the specs!

Hmm....I guess that's about it lah....for now, I will try update more often if and when I can! Thanks to all of you faithful visitors of my small kuci kurap blog, it's because of you that this blog is still alive!
