Melaka CG Outing - Part 3 Finale

Hohoho......Finally......Part 3 is out!

And...Hooray...I have completed and handed in my first batch of assignments that were all due before & during the semester break : )
Sadly, I won't be able to enjoy much because the 2nd batch of assignments are coming out one by one now : (

Anyway, I'll try to plan my time better this time around...I'll put special emphasis on time management starting now...okok...after this post la!

aiya...less crap...back to the story...

Continuing from the Part 2...

After all the sleepy heads got enough rest at the Coffee Bean 'rest house' (I thought coffee keeps people awake, I was wrong!), and Jon and Elaine finally came to their senses and came out of Starbucks to search for us...we finally got going again!

This time, we headed off for dinner...Satay Celup! We went early to avoid waiting for tables as the place was known for being packed after about 7pm.

I'll let the pictures do the talking...

Capital Satay Restaurant...weird enough, its also the first time for me trying Satay Celup, before this, I had only heard of Satay Kajang, haha!

These are just starters or some say appetizers!

Woah...look at the 'kuah'!

A waitress got upset because I joked with her that the kuah was being recycled from other tables(the jury is still out on that matter), anyway, it taught me a lesson...Don't joke with foreigners! Ended up not having a peaceful meal that night, luckily it happened nearing the end...I explained to her fellow colleagues that it was only a joke and said sorry also la anyway!


Next, we have our very own Malaysian Tom Cruise rejoicing in the knowledge that God had provided us with great food!

I know....he looks rather childish to be a Tom Cruise, but hey...he's Asian! Don't get the joke? Me neither!

Here's a picture of the amount of satay sticks Daniel and I had in total while still in our penultimate round.

The sticks on the left belongs to Daniel while those on the right belongs to me, looked like I lost... : (

Well...at least it was way better than what Jared achieved! Come on...5 sticks in 2 hours of eating??? You're lousy Jared!

Here's a picture of the 5 of us mega eaters...we totally beat the 7 on the other table...haih, history repeating itself, remember the laksa and ais kacang in part 1?

As much as i didn't want to post this picture up, I had to la...its called sportsmanship. This is Daniel, King of Satay Celup in TDCG with 33 sticks and still not including those food that didn't have sticks. Well now, he's gonna get more stick from his football coach for gaining weight!

After all that food and with us feeling really satisfied having worked both our mouth and belly... we decided to head back to Taman Desa...

While in the van heading back, we got too bored and started playing some games, games that made sense but got silly as it went on...but was still really fun!

This was what we played...Naming food in alphabetical order...
I can't really remember everything that was said so I'll just type those i remember...It went something like this...
Apple Pie
Banana Pie
Chicken Pie
Duck Pie
Elephant Pie
Giraffe Pie
Horse Pie
Pig Pie
...and then it ended cause we felt it was turning really stupid (and why is every food a pie?) Thanks to Jared who started it!

Then we went on to naming chinese food...here's how it turned out, I'll start with B cause I forgotten what's A...
Bak Kut Teh
Chi Kut Teh
Dog Kut Teh
well....I really can't remember what's after this ady...I was busy laughing!

We also named countries, played fantasizing games that were pure and holy except for Jared's 'Space Naked story', we also had to endure the awful smell of Daniel's fart TWICE while in the van...almost pengsan man! No warning somemore, just let go of that quite and toxic atom bom only...#@%&^!@*$# la you Daniel, now we are all traumatized! :P

The ones not in the picture were...Mark cause he was driving, Jared cause he was taking this picture and Jean and Dixon cause they were hiding or maybe being blocked. They deserve a mention because they were not in it.
