Melaka CG Outing - Part 2

Sorry for the long delay...was really really busy with my assignments and all...I had 2 assignments due, one last Thursday and another on Friday, then I also had a presentation for the Friday assignment as well as a test last Wednesday!

Was super busy I tell you! Preparing and completing those stuffs meant that I had very little time for sleep...I didn't sleep from Thursday until Friday when I came home from college...
I managed to sleep for 3 hours before heading off for CG...even overslept (alarm wasn't enough to wake me) and ended up late fetching a friend.

But now...I am free for at least one week (semester break)....
Time that I hope will be well spent to complete my 2 remaining assignments!
I chose to do part 2 now before I occupy myself with assignments again tomorrow. So...I present to you Part 2 of the Malaccan trip!

Continuing from the last post...

I guess most of you want to know what's in that canon...be patient...I'll get to that...later!

Anyway, I missed out on something we did before we went for sight seeing at Church Street...can anyone guess?

No...it's not girl-seeing.... 'for all the guy readers who are guessing'!

No...it's also not shopping for stuff at those 100 year old shops...although the girls did a bit of that...but that's not the answer I am looking for!

Yes! We went for some refreshments or in other words, more FOOD!
We went to TART TART! (what a silly name)
And yes...u guessed it! They sell Tarts! (now it makes sense)

We actually were trying to get some rest at Tart Tart and let the food we consumed earlier digest further...
No...Wait...ooh, I remembered why we went to eat there!
Its because Mark wanted to make use of their toilet to do his big business, That's why!

I was sooo full already at that time I couldn't eat anymore so I took a picture of Helda's tart(left pic) instead.

For your information, I took the picture looking through the straw-hole on purpose.

Now back to after the sight seeing...

Isaac went to drive the Van from the parking lot but it was blocked by someone else's Toyota Estima and that caused some delay...but it was good...cause I captured a priceless picture!

This picture was a retake as Seedorf wasn't smiling in the first take!
but thanks to him...everytime I look at this picture...
I laugh like crazy! why? read on...

okok, don't laugh anymore! Moving on, I spotted something in the Malaccan town...

A double-decker public bus
in Malacca or should I say Malaysia!

I have only seen public double-decker
buses in Singapore!

So yeah....the van was finally going again after a short wait.
The next destination......
Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade.

When we entered the mall...Seedorf said, hey! I have already been here long before you all ! And he pointed at this...

Any idea who that boy is? Sorry Seedorf, had to do this!

Big mistake Seedorf ! You should never have showed us that...
We took one of the packets of Milo Nuggets and pointed to the store owner that the boy in the picture is this friend of ours...Seedorf was so shy he disappeared in a flash of lightning, just like during his recent 21st Surprise Birthday Party!

Hahaha....after that, we split into a few groups and did some window shopping, Daniel, Edmund, Kristy and Jeannette did some clothes testing...clothes design that they have never worn before or never imagine they would wear...
Too bad I don't have pictures for that because the guard didn't allow me to take any!

After walking for hours...we got so tired we went to Coffee Bean to meet up with the others.

While waiting for Jon and Elaine, who coincidentally were also waiting for us at the Starbucks Coffee shop right opposite where we were(duh!), some of us ordered more drinks! I decided I had enough of caffeine for the day already!

Some people just can't live without coffee!

And so...we waited for Jon and Elaine not knowing they were also doing the same...

Some took the opportunity to nap...which means...Shaun goes to work....snap! snap! snap!

Aren't these two adorable when sleeping? :P

And then of course there's the 'smart way' of sleeping lar...covering your face with a cap...

But we still know who you are, Jared(left pic)!
I believe he won't want me to keep his name a secret, right Jared?
